#1: Call 1-877-826-9866 (customer service.)
#2: Communicate your desire to return the item.
#3: No later than one day later you will be provided a pre-paid 2-Day Fedex Label.
#4: Drop off the item with the pre-paid label at an FedEx location.
#5: Within two days, your order will be received at the James Allen Office.
#6: Your refund will be issued within two weeks. Refund will be issued to the original purchase method. In the case of a bank wire a check will be used.

If you reside outside of the U.S.A., free shipping is not offered on returns.
Special orders are not returnable.
